Déu-n'hi-do is a Catalan expression used by locals to convey positive surprise or exclamation. A free translation would be “Oh my God,” or “Wow, unbelievable.” It perfectly captures the essence of this unforgettable journey.
This wine-centered culinary experience is a celebration of nature, craftsmanship, and the deep Mediterranean roots that bind food, wine, and tradition. From the soaring Pyrenees to the steep, ancient soils of Priorat and Roussillon, this journey offers an intimate exploration of the region’s unique character.

Penelope Dimitrakopoulou, Leadership Coach
Penelope Dimitrakopoulou is a certified Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF Global). She holds diplomas in Personal and Executive Coaching, as well as Team and Leadership Coaching. Penelope obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (BA) from Bath University and a master's degree in New Media Studies (MA) from the University of Bristol.
With over 15 years of experience, Penelope has worked as an International Sales Representative, specializing in marketing, promotion, and sales. Since 2015, she has transitioned into the field of coaching, focusing on Executive and Team coaching. Her expertise lies in Leadership Coaching for various entities including companies, start-ups, and NGOs. Additionally, she conducts corporate seminars and webinars on a wide range of subjects pertaining to professional development.
Penelope's core objective is to create value through empowering individuals and fostering the development of leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Her multilingual proficiency in Greek, French, and English enables her to work effectively with companies and executives on a multinational scale.

The name Déu-n’hi-do, a Catalan expression meaning “Oh my God” or “Wow,” reflects the awe-inspiring experiences the voyage offers. It’s a connection to the land, its people, and the timeless art of living harmoniously with nature.
